REDUCTION FOR LONG STAY
At moment of booking needed a down payment deposit calculated as 40% of the total amount.
Remaining 60% must be paid at moment of keys delivery.
Deposit, customarily, is not refundable.
During more important festivities e high season  periods (April to September and National Festivities) Seucurity Depositi needed at moment of booking is 50%.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED (PERMITTED IN THE BALCONY ONLY)
